We are thrilled to announce that Ms. Þorbjörg Magnea Óskarsdóttir Tobba, the renowned Icelandic artist, has become the first Nordic artist to be represented by WINNERS GALLERY!"

Tobba is a sculptor and painter whose sculptures are inspired by the legendary stories of Viking ancestors. Her paintings tell stories of social issues as well as her childhood experiences. They represent sadness, anxiety, loneliness, or violence, and also tell stories of people around her. She creates with materials such as oil paint, wire, clay, rocks, concrete, and fabric, always exploring new possibilities in materials.
